Hi, my name is Brian Busto, and here’s a little bit about me. I’m a family man with a wife and four teenage boys. I’ve been in plumbing for over 10 years and absolutely discovered a strong passion for it. During my apprenticeship in new construction, I invested time in attending night school to learn the correct principles of plumbing. After earning 6800 hands-on hours while learning the trade, I passed the state test to become a Journeyman. The process of finding the root cause and repairing correctly and permanently became second nature for me as I learned commercial and residential plumbing. As a result of accumulating 8500 hours of experience, I obtained a Masters Plumbing license from the state board. This guided my path to working with a high end and high-priced plumbing outfits, and I have also worked for Small six-man companies with very low-price points, which I discovered very quickly, you will go out of business very quickly. Almost immediately, I realized I did not enjoy overcharging customers, but I also realized that you cannot run a business on bare minimum prices. The experiences I’ve had also taught me that customers are not dollar signs and shouldn’t be treated as such.
